It is initially characterized as\u00a0a pizzeria-spaghetteria<\/strong>\u00a0and then turned into a\u00a0restaurant since the 90s<\/strong>for the strong desire to offer typical Tuscan dishes.<\/p>

The Restaurant is housed in an\u00a0antico palazzo del 1300, Palazzo Corbizz<\/strong>i e vicino all\u2019antica Torre dei Donati, appartenuta\u00a0alla Famiglia di Gemma Donati, moglie di Dante Alighieri<\/strong>; da aprile ad ottobre \u00e8 possibile mangiare all\u2019aperto, nella nostra terrazza proprio nel centro della piazza di San Pier Maggiore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The dishes served are prepared according to\u00a0the ancient recipes and Florentine and Tuscan culinary customs;<\/strong>the Florentine sauce of the grandmother Giulia of Via Ghibellina, the Ribollita, which we cook just as the farmers once did in the farmhouses around Florence and the unmistakable Trippa alla Fiorentina.
